Returns and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@goldenprintsonline.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

For approved defective or damaged items:

  • We will provide a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, including original shipping

Return shipping is not required unless we specifically request it.
