Shipping & Returns
This policy applies to all purchases made through goldenprintsonline.com.
Shipping
All products are made to order and printed in the United States.
Production Time: Orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping Transit Time: Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can track the delivery.
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be; unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom items

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method for the product price only, after the item is received and inspected.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email support@goldenprintsonline.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@goldenprintsonline.com and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
For approved defective or damaged items:
- A replacement will be provided at no cost, or

A full refund, including original shipping, will be issued
Return shipping is not required unless we specifically request it.
